The way our system works is surprisingly simple. It’s all about heat pump technology. 

Heat pumps are used all over the world to recover heat.  They use heat produced by refrigeration processes or low-grade heat – from sources such as the air or the ground. By using a heat pump to extract the heat from the cellar of the pub, the Geo Bar system cools the cellar effectively while capturing and harnessing the extracted heat.

This heat can then be used elsewhere, which means that you don’t need your boiler to produce so much heat, thus cutting your energy bills and saving you money.

We can also capture the energy used to chill the beer before you dispense it in your in-line beer coolers.

Our system not only saves you money, it also helps you become greener. So however you look at it there’s nothing to lose and everything to gain.
